HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD TRANSPORTATION BE SCHEDULED?
For regular medical appointments and planned activities, we recommend scheduling transportation at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. However, we understand that urgent needs arise, and we make every effort to accommodate same-day transportation requests for essential medical appointments or urgent matters. Our transportation coordinator works with residents to establish regular transportation schedules for recurring appointments.
IS THERE AN ADDITIONAL COST FOR TRANSPORTATION SERVICES?
